How a Hamster escapes from its locked cage!

A
hamster’s cage should be safe and secure. If the
cage is a
wire cage, the space between the wires should not be too wide or else the hamster can squeeze through them and
escape. If the
cage is made of plastic, make sure that the top lid is closed completely and sometimes it is best if you place a hard object on top of the lid so that the hamster is unable to lift it.
Even though you close the cage doors, it is best to apply pipe cleaners or twist ties to all the hamster's cage doors. Hamsters are able to open closed cage doors, thus pipe wires and twist ties will make the hamster's cage doors secure and hamsters will be unable to open them.
